SMOKED is a celebration of live fire cooking, global flavours, and the chefs, creators and pitmasters who bring it all to life. From low-and-slow brisket to Argentinian asado, Caribbean jerk, Japanese yakitori, and beyond, it’s a showcase of barbecue traditions from around the world. Set to a backdrop of live music featuring your favourite playlist, Smoked feels like the ultimate backyard hangout, where incredible food, great music, and community come together.

But SMOKED isn’t just about the food, it’s the full experience: ice-cold brews, craft cocktails, live-fire demos, and a killer soundtrack featuring some of the best party bands in the country, turning the whole weekend into the ultimate backyard BBQ.
