Each chef has been handpicked for their creativity, authenticity, and obsession with cooking over real fire. This September, you’ll experience an incredible lineup featuring Chef Dwight Smith, Chef Lawrence LaPianta, Chef Rob Yu, Chef Matt Basile, Ryan & Jason Buising, Chef Josh Abramson, Chef Trevor Lui, Chef Suman Ali, and Chef Marissa Leon-John. These chefs don’t just cook — they tell stories through smoke. And the best part? Every single one is creating a unique, exclusive dish you won’t find anywhere else, all for just $7.50 (plus $20 festival entry).
